Football Manager 2012

I've not played this for ages. It lost it's "Plug and Play" factor. I liked being able to play a season in a night. The last version I had a couple of years back made it a choir. Training sessions, dealing with everything right down to the colour of the corner flags. It took about 2 hours to get the first pre-season out the way...

Anyway, the 2012 feature list has just been released - and by far the most long awaited for me is included;

Manage Anywhere, Anytime – the ability to add or take away playable nations in your saved game as often as you want. Manage in that country at the start of the next season - meaning you don’t have to decide on which nations are playable at the start of your career.


Great stuff - far too often I'd start a season with two leagues (restricted due to speed), only to then get bored and want to manage elsewhere.

Even though I played it a lot, FM11 did have far too much stuff that I personally couldn't be bothered in doing. Training, backroom meetings etc. I look forward to seeing what this has to offer

Ahh the steam thing did annoy me. Much like trying to set up an online game, but on both accounts it was due to me only having key stage 2 computer skills

I don't want to leave Malaga behind in my 5th season on FM 11, my regen centre back has scored 15 by January..top scorer. Brilliant.
