Bought Lukaku as his Inter Milan transfer was going through. Gone up 81p since then and may well continue to rise given his start.

Apart from that I bought Pukki and Kean at the start of the season figuring there's some value there and Sterling as he'll likely pay dividends on media and performance. He's priced around the £6.50 mark and that's not too high for a high profile performer in a big trophy winning side.

Bought and sold Ashley Barnes & John McGinn for very quick profits. I was tempted to make a quick profit on Pukki but getting decent dividends from him and may continue to score for some time yet.

All this talk of profits though makes me wonder how viable a platform it is though in the long term as it seems too easy at the moment and the owners of it have total control of the market and how it works.

Been talking to a mate of mine who is more or less full time in it and doing great.

Gonna start with around 200 and probably half long term youth prospects that might get minutes by end of season or be getting regular mins start of season....and then half short term investments.

Put about £250 in last April

Im onto about £480 in my portfolio but at one point was on about £520 when Brendan Williams peaked, but hes dropped abit since.

At the moment i have Joe Gomez, Harvey Elliott, Anthony Gordon & Brandon Williams with about £70 left to deposit on someone new who im not sure of yet!

Over the year ive done alot of selling and buying with players such as DCL, Myron Boadu & Reece James being particular highlights (i should of held onto James & Boadu longer though)

Has a few disapointments though, Cristian Eriksen & Reiner Jesus

Also as i went in 50/50 with a pal! I highlighted Mason Mount at £1 (he's peaked at £4) & Curtis Jones at £1.11 (hes currently at £2.70). My mate persuaded us ot go a different way.

Debating on Holgate at risk of him making a late surge to the England squad

A lad I work with has a £80k portfolio on there at the minute. Insane the amount of money people are chucking at it but when you see the returns it becomes obvious.

I've got a couple of grand in there at the minute, had to withdraw quite a bit last year as my savings took a battering with the wedding and house move etc.

Best advice I can give is to stick to your guns and try not to buy/sell too much, it's the commissions that really knacker your profit margins. Never instant sell without very good reason either.

Cheers. Still waiting on my brother back in Ireland to verify the account properly so I can start. I’ve done a good bit of research into it getting ready to go.

I want to get a good sense that there is a clear path to a good return on investment and then I’ll probably a more sizeable amount in.

id like to have the fixtures game week by game week for the top leagues to hand in excel with the fixture difficulty rated in some way and the European competition/international dates added in so you can easily spot sweet runs of “easy” fixtures for teams and plan ahead for purchases to take advantage.

Been looking into index gain too. Seems a very useful tool

You don’t need to, you just need to know your Footy and take the time to understand the system.
