I invented an ace salad last summer. Truly a thing of beauty.

Peppery salad leaf. Avocado, crispy bacon bits, feta, tiny fried potato cubes, basil. Shouldnt work, but trust me, it is superb.

That's fascination of the plant cells when I first seen it in geraniums taking cuttings - my boss explained to throw the plant away as it was the hormones in the plant that had gone haywire i.e. A form of cancer in plants ....!
