Is anyone playing this??

I'm a week in to my first season with Everton and had transfer requests from Besic, Barkley & Stones....

Stone and Barkley both had bids from Chelsea, Stones was easy to handle, Barkley is morale Abysmal and causing a squad revolt, Besic says he wants to go to Lazio to play Europe.... Oh and transfer budget is £2.25m so I can't even afford Adam Johnson's loan fee!!

I had this in the last one. Ppl always wanted to leave, even after I won the league. Rom wanted to go back to Chelsea ffs! I ended up telling them to do one and when the squad kicked off said 'can't have one player deciding what goes on' or somethign similar, and they all seemed to pipe down long enough for chelski or whoever to lose interest. Annoying a.f. tho, and something I really wished they fix for this release... :(

tend to do the old, we can achieve continental qualification, followed by money, followed by well you'll stay here so get used to it. All have stayed, well I let Besic go on loan to Sassullo to get 1st team footie.

Thanks for convincing me to swerve it until Christmas when it's cheaper.
 
Read up on it - it's a massive swerve from me, not wasting money this year until I hear good things about it. Sick of buying it and hating it.
 

I've still got some screenshots of my games from like 2006 or something. Used to be absolutely addicted.

The trick is to tell them you'll let them leave if the other club meets your valuation, and then set your asking price high enough that you actually would be okay with letting them leave for that price. Chances are they won't make another bid and everything will be fine.
 
Two matches into the season playing as Everton, and I have eleven first team players out injured with two more just coming back from injury.

Sounds about right.
