My first (and only

i'm a bad bad toffee) was in 92 or 93 i think. Was me and my bro's birthday (same day, four years apart) and Everton were playing Spurs (who he supports) at Goodison that day. Dad took us up to L'pool for the w/e. Lost 1-0, Samways scored, slimey get!

Still haven't been back, keep meaning too, just never can seem to get my act together

Probably not as bad now it's all seating, but it put me right off and never bothered with it again.

Didn't Vinny Samways score for us in the charity shield??? when we beat Blackburn 1-0.

Also saw Samways get sent off at Leicester for the most blatant off the ball kick you will ever see.

Ive just always gone the GSE, always will, I love everything about it. But sadly I think my eyesight is going, I cant see feck all down the Park End these days.

I have to watch the screens or ask my mate what happened. Eye test needed!!

As a kid i could rarely see what was happening whether it be at goodison or on an away expedition, but that just added to the atmosphere,

just about being able to make out the net shake after someone shoots, and then later watching what appears to be a completely different goal on Match of the day....

Its not hard to be a hard man in La Liga though....

We dont do scoring anymore. I actually got cramp on Thursday as well, cos I had sat in my chair for the whole 1st half.

First game was Derby County at home in December 1990. We won 2-0 with goals from Mike Newell and Pat Nevin.

First ever Everton match was in 1985 against Fortuna Sittard in the ECWC. First match at Goodison was in the 1993/1994 season against Coventry City (0-0 draw). First away match was at Elland Road a week later (3-0 loss). Still feel sorry for myself, that I didn't plan my trip a week later, as I wouldve been at Goodison for that famous Wimbledon game.

Think I've been in all the stands at Goodison Park, with the exception of Upper Bullens and the Family Enclosure. Will be in the Park End for the Merseyside derby. (y)

I went to that game and I can honestly say it was the most depressing and grim I have ever witnessed - if I remember correctly the coventry fans spent the whole match solemnly chanting Dion Dublin like some kind of suicidal mantra. (y)
