I went to that game and I can honestly say it was the most depressing and grim I have ever witnessed - if I remember correctly the coventry fans spent the whole match solemnly chanting Dion Dublin like some kind of suicidal mantra.
Have to admit, it wasn't the Goodison debut I wished for, but I've seen a lot of depressing games in my life.
