My son got added at 10am as he has 18 games and had no issues whatsoever, I have 11 but despite being on at 10am and now getting through the queue I get the same reply

Has your son got any tips on how to be successful getting tickets for each game?
In any case hopefully it's better next season although probably not for the first few games...

Same but I think it just takes the lead customer’s credentials to get through the ballot. I suspect if you’re successful the usual options to change the price range will be active.

Edit: I had no problems doing it about 12:15. As I knew there was no priority for time of entering the ballot, I waited until everyone had sieged the system at 10. Flew through in about 2 mins.
