Same. First it put me in a queue for the Ipswich game. Then directed me to purchasing the commemorative pack and when I finally got to the correct section about the ballot, it couldn't complete the process. Will try again later...
 

Tried earlier and got the same message as others "Unable to confirm your selection"

Tried again and got to the online queue. Managed to get through and the only option for the Southampton game is for fans with 18 Home PL purchases. No other option despite getting an e-mail saying the ballot will be open for Members with 1 or more purchases.

Shambles.
 
Hope the IT crew are out of contract in the summer.
Missing home credits, additional away credits, family and friends network missing, logging into them separately and they no longer have any credits, etc.

"Eligible supporters can apply individually or in a group of up to six family and friends"
Just auto-enroll everyone with enough credits.
