Oh yeah. The first one was fun also. Try it. Death Race 2000

A champion of a brutal cross-country car race of the future where pedestrians are run down for points

I forgot to mention, this film just oozes cheese

carradine vs stallone?

it was poor.

(please dont crucify me for the use of the word poor, nor crucify, it was not used in a biblical way. jesus is great, and if someone doesnt like him, so is the hero of their religious persuasion.)

That was a great movie, mate. I seem to remember Stallone was one of the drivers. And it was cheesy but nevertheless pulled a few punches. (y)

I watched 3 episodes of Teachers series one last night. Such an underrated comedy series. Quality :) Had me laughing so hard pepsi came out my nose!

Yeah, and David Carradine(of kung Fu fame). Cheesy as hell, and shitty special effects. Just what you want from a B movie. Of course, your daily ration of boobies also.

I love it.

When it was released wasn't it on with Rollerball?

The plot to it was actually reasonably sophisticated as well. You had to kill spectators with your car when racing to another city (or something like that). Meanwhile, spectators could also try to kill the drivers. Lovely!

I seem to remember one scene where someone had hidden in a manhole in order to blow a car up. The bomb didn't go off so the guy put his head out to see what the feck happened. You can guess what happened next
