Hmm, not run into that problem. Could be to do with your EA Account. Could be a Web App thing, tonnes of problems with it now, only people with Ultimate Team accounts since FIFA 09 seem to be getting on.

Load up FIFA, when it loads Go to Customise - this is the furthest right you can go on the FIFA homescreen, Online Settings, make sure your EA Account is up-to-date and matches up with what you're trying to get into the Web App with. If so, that should be fine and it could be a Web App problem. If not, just change it on the EA Website and make sure your accounts are connected - https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/aboutme/index

If that doesn't work, get on to EA Support and ask them - https://help.ea.com/uk/contact-us/new/

Despite the lack of noticeable changes I have and will continue to buy FIFA, it's easily the game I play the most, which is a shame really as the PS4 has great graphic capabilities (not a patch on PC I know) but all I play is fifa
 
Where can one order a hard copy so that it would be delivered on the day of release?

I've ordered off Amazon in the past but it's always came a day or 2 later

Same here.

Really lost interest in gaming in general but still throw fifa on for a few games on career mode. That's what makes me pick it over pes. I'm not arsed with fut whatsoever and don't really play it online, just go through phases through the year where I play the career mode
