Depends on who the manager is, and how arsed he is

If it’s Rafael and he’s desperate for him to go, then keep him. If it’s say Galtier and he wants him out, then goodbye Duncan

That’s why Nuno would be acceptable, he gets his whole team in, everyone else including Dunc clears out. Fresh start and that
Exactly mate. This needs to be a big defining moment for us. This managerial appointment could prove decisive in the move away from what we are to what we can be. The clearout is as much important as the naming of a new manager.

Nay .... like Dunc but ridiculous to keep him on through 3-4 managers..... if the club wants him now, promote to manager or if not cut loose and let him start cutting his teeth with a lower division club.

Should go away and get experience as a manager for a few seasons. If he is successful he could potentially have the everton job in the maiden season at BMD.

Should be retained if and only if the new manager wants to retain him. Should not, IMO factor into the decision to hire a new manager.

He's been around for a while and yet we still continually see a lack of effort from the squad at times....so basically he hasn't proven that his presence in and around the club can drive a dedicated, die for the club sort of attitude from the players.

Voted No, purely for the fact that I would love him to manage us one day. We will never promote him from assistant, so he needs to get experience.
Unsy should do the same.

No, he should be the manager now! Knows how poor most of them are already, who better to clear out half of them?! His treatment of Moise showed he won’t stand for any ****, a severe kick up the **** is what these players need. He might have more chance to motivate them, if he is number 1. He might lack experience, but he can get that with us! Just keep us up and start developing a style, built around a bit of passion. Whoever comes in will struggle to make us good next season, at least Big Dunc would stick around beyond that. Might not work, but I’d be happy to see him try.

Give him a job he's better qualified for, like looking after the pigeons. I like the guy, but he didn't come remotely close to fulfilling his great potential as a player. Time for a new broom.
