Fellaini to sign new contract?

I think this should be the clubs priority at the moment,regarding players.
We need this sorting as soon as, if he doesn`t want to sign now he gets sold straight away, in my opinion,
I would hate for us to have to sell the likes of baines to generate cash for signings, then he drags his heels and doesn`t sign, so we get another pienaar situation next year and miss out on a huge fee.

I think he's central to our future, him and Baines. Perhaps Rodwell too if we kick on this year. I'm getting the impression he probably will sign, whilst I'm also getting the impression Rodders will be here next season too.
