Playing through the Liverpool game at Goodison with an injection wouldn't have done him any good...

Not too much of a blow being that Villa have Cuellar, Lausen, Barry, maybe Luke Young out, Agbonglahor and Heskey playing in midweek too.

Newcastle the next week I'm sure we wont have much trouble over them either.

Agreed. We also have decent cover knocking around. We won't start this match with a first 11 that is less capable than Villa have, which is the main thing.
