And then we get this crap, can believe as i don't think Wenger ever got over the Jeffers deal. http://www.101greatgoals.com/blog/m...-the-everton-stars-23m-release-clause-mirror/

even the site pointed out the lack of quotes and substance. The Mirror is the equivalent of some kid who supports a different rich club every year and thinks they should just be able to sign whoever he wants on his shirt, but this kid doesn't just have a Facebook page he owns a publishing company.

The conclusions brought about from such statistics are unequivocally invalid. I imagine that they only focus on tasks that take place, and not on tasks that don't take place. And I imagine fundamental tasks such as positioning, tracking runners and marking will be completely ignored whether they take place or not.

I wonder what score Naismith got?

you get two hundred points for scoring against the rs.. 45 for every time the ball hits you...he could be about 52nd. there was a point way back when Unsworth was down as our best passer in some similar table, one of the best in the league. what was happening was that every time he lumped a ball in the general direction of our forwards, Big Dunc often miraculously got something onto it, usually just a shoulder but it would count as completed. must be more sophisticate now. but cant imagine how you measure moments of intuitive brillaince

He was good up-front beause he is a good footballer, and wants to win.

I beleive he would stand out as a centre back at times, he is just a very good footballer.

See Rooney in midfield. At times he will be found out, but at other times, he will look class.....and thats because he is a good footballer, simple as that.

I never trust any statistics I didn't make up myself....Sir Winston Churchill.

But if it means we get a shed load for Fellaini then ok....

30M and I'm cutting my own throat... just look at his stats

I always feel we can win a match when Fellaini is in the team, that's M O
Just have that feeling like.

this is what confuses me. how often do you have 2, maybe 3 players on the pitch and think they could turn anything round. we dominated so many games last season and so much of that was down to this guy. sell him and we start looking for that ingredient that we have been missing for years. the feeling that if we click we can beat anyone. crazy to sell him unless absolutely necessary

So you're saying its unequivocally invalid despite not knowing the methodology used. Makes sense...
