No, cuz you are - once every 37 seasons isn't a regular thing.

Most of them play for dross teams and in the Netherlands, come back to never play any Prem minutes and go on to have decent L1/Championship careers. In fact, the ones that played in the Bundesliga aren't exactly world beaters anyway, they are slightly better.

If anything Academy level football is just alright at best. The ones that are worth first team game time usually get it by the time they're 18-19.
