Just finished reading Hammered by Mark Ward. The boy aint goin to win any literary prizes for his writing but its one hell of a story.

Haven't read many so from my limited options it has to be this:

School of science by James Corbett is a great read, he also has a new book coming out later this year.

Didn't think i'd enjoy Sharpy's book as much as I did.

The Kipper one with all the shouts in is a good read.

what does he lie about mate is it like just exaggerating or is it like made up stuff

Do elaborate mate.

Half the stuff in there is a complete and utter farbrication of the truth. Most of the games during the 90's that he refers too didn't happen has he tells it. Its been a while since I read the book, got it when it first came out to see what his take on things where.

All hooligan books are the same, its that person perspective, everyone knows that when you're in a scarp, especially mass violence, it is virtually impossible to recount the events its only snippets of what you thought happend

Dixie Dean: The Inside Story of a Football Icon by John Keith is a superb read. The likes of Rooney and Jeffers should read this to realise what playing for Everton means.
