I'd make them run at 10mph with an anemometer on their backside to see when they started blowing out of it.

Why do they bother putting keepers in there? It's very rare they run further than 30m at a time.

Unless a player is reaching astronomical numbers, those charts are usually a bit misleading. As others said, most of our guys are either running in short spurts or being contested during their runs. Even Keane is fast in a straight line sprint.

And running with a ball naturally you will be slower

I’m sure several players (inc DCL) cited Brainthwaite as the fastest player at the club in on of the club media things last season.
I’m not having McNeil as faster than anyone for starters. Jimmy Martin would still give him a run for his money.

No way Lindstrom is slower than the likes of McNeil, Coleman and Harrison. Same for Ndiaye slower than Gueye too

I think they measure it when the players are sprinting off after the boos.

He was and DCL during an interview with that tubes said he was the fastest in the squad easily.

There's more about having natural pace and knowing how to use it.

Aaron Lennon for me was the most rapid over 20m or so I've seen play for us.
