Bit of both I'd imagine. If Usmanov was his benefactor behind the scenes then he's basically got no money to do anything with us. We're also a basket case on the pitch so it's not like he can rely on us finishing mid table comfortably for a few seasons and being profitable while he waits to see if things change in the world.
