My company has been taken over twice and both times no chamges were made for a couple of years.
A root and branch review of the club was needed so Moshiri could see what was working and what wasn’t
He sussed fairly quickly that the commercial dept is a joke hence he got USM , Sportspesa and Angry birds involved.
I’d be surprised if more radical changes are not on the way

Wind in the fairy land crap, Moshiri stands to make a killing on Liverpool Waters, and as an investment, Premier League clubs tend to be quite solid. For mine Moshiri will stay until we get that stadium in.

If you look at what he's actually done, he brought in a respected manager and DOF, brought in additional commercial avenues, created a funding arrangement with the local council for a waterfront stadium, and has sacked two underperforming managers. Boo fcking hoo what an idiot.
