In the United Kingdom, football clubs sometimes choose to enter administration (sanction) when they are unable to pay off outstanding debts. I think, we, as fans need to consider legal recourse against the board of DBB, Sharp, Kenwright(although I think there may be some get out for deceased?) Etc etc, they have been at the very least negligent in their duties.
