The reason he is boxed in is because any buyer would find themselves in the same position as Usmanov is currently - Kroenke has no interest in power sharing, why would he?

Surely there are buyers out there that would take being in Usmanov's position and not really bothered about having too much control?

in fact building cash reserves when doing so.
This gives rise to the question what is the primary purpose of building a large cash reserve? A logical answer seems to be to fund a future attempt to acquire all of the remaining shares to facilitate a complete takeover.

I can't help but be over the moon with Moshiri as it is but he has a lot of other super rich friends he could bring onboard, it doesn't have to be Usmanov. Can anyone see this happening a year or so down the line?

I'd be delighted if there was something in usmanov and given some of the sources I can see the excitement but as has been said we should just enjoy the moment we've already got .

A new defacto owner has acted fairly swiftly and sacked an unpopular underperforming manager , gone out and blown away the naysayers with both a financial offer and by selling future plans to a manager whose finished above us twice and who most pundits informed us wouldn't consider at best a sideways move . It seemshe has ambitions and practical visions for how the club should be run on and off the Park and by all accounts is about to Fund a transfer spree that has been beyond evertonians wildest dreams during years of net spend and a days without transfer clock .

If there is anything in usmanov then great but it shouldn't distract us from enjoying where we are now and I'll be honest I'm loving the idea of consigning plucky little Everton to history .

You at the time Esk was saying the Amercian's were the buyers, the media, several ITK's were saying the same, nobody saw Moshiri coming.

I seen Moshri coming before it was announced and posted so on here when everyone else was talking yanks.

Not cause I was any itk, more so that it was blindingly obvious what was happening right in front of our face when Moshri was quickly moving on shares and there had been distant mentions of Usmanov previous to his purchase by itk and people like watched toffee even thought it seemed absurd at the time.

Again, I think it's blatantly obvious what's happened here right now and expect to see Usmanov join his mate here, very, very soon.

Additionally any buyer of Usmanov's shares would buy in the knowledge that he was releasing Usmanov who potentially can create another Chelsea or Manchester City to directly compete with Arsenal whose business model is CL qualification with no additional investment required, in fact building cash reserves when doing so.

I am sure there are buyers out there who don't want power, just a return on there safe investment which Arsenal is.

1 person or group in the world? Just the 1, is all it takes.

Correct - it is a total deadlock. There would have to be a coming together by Kroenke and Usmanov for the situation to change. That seems most unlikely.

You've already posted Esk that Kroenke has had 1 already unsuccessful attempt at a takeover of Usmanov so it's clearly something he'd consider.

You was privy to all info we could all see in the press mate, Moshiri came out of nowhere right at the time it was all pointing to the yanks taking over, he first discussed it with Kenwright 18 months prior to that, it is obvious he moved quick to see off the Yanks.

Is there any possible eventuality you can foresee that makes sense for usmanov to sell or is reconcilable from a business/financial perspective.

It seeems like an impossible situation who would buy knowing there is no point & kroenke doesn't need to buy as he has all the power anyway.

I don't think it will be hard at all to sell the shares now, I think Kroenke would buy them at the drop of a hat to get full control of Arsenal.

Lets make it clear, Usmanov and Moshiri got into owning shares to takeover a club, the plan at Arsenal has failed, they are not in it to sit back and allow others to do it, Usmanov wants his own club in the Prem.
Buuuut kronke won't want Usmanov to run another club. He won't buy him out so easily IMO.
