If I was Moshiri, once I've fully bought out Kenwright, I'd move Bill into the old 'Life President' Philip Carter role, and appoint David Dein to be chairman, with Moshiri overseeing the whole thing. I'd also bring in a new CEO too.

Can't believe it's been nearly a month since Martinez was sacked and this lazy idiot still hasn't sorted anything out.

He used the Mourinho situation as a smoke screen, much like the old days when we'd bid for a player too late.

to be honest it's just the first time in years i'm properly excited about everton.

Me too. Just had our most depressing season of football at home in our history. Gave arguably one of our worst Derby performances in living memory and have just sacked our manager and two of our best players wanting to leave. Normally the place would be in meltdown. But the tide is turning, snippets we hear from @The Esk about moshiri's plans for the club, feel we are going to be a force once again. Let's enjoy the ride and see where it takes us.

And yet you still get some people on here complaining things aren't happening quick enough. With regard to your points couldn't agree more.
New manager coming in - moshiri will interview and pick the right man for the job. Personally I hope it's emery as I think that will make a real statement of intent to the football world, but would happy with koeman and pelligrini.
New stadium being negotiated - this is the biggest hurdle for moshiri to overcome and the one the likeliest to take the most time. But you have every confidence that moshiri won't fail us at the final hurdle like our other two previous attempts and that we will have the necessary funding in place.
New board managers - at last he is putting experts in place who not only share his vision, but also the expertise to enforce it.
Transfer budget - a significant transfer budget which will allow us to compete for the players we want and pay them the going rate.

This is spot on. As Evertonian's we are are now also pondering a move to stadium on the waterfront and most would be unhappy with a new stadium in Croxteth. We have sacked a manager who got to 2 cup-semi finals and finished 11th. The standard of manager we are being linked with are also very good.

It's clear that the expectations have been raised in a very short space of time for a specific reason.
