Remember what was said in the thread about Philip Green ?:coffee:

Lets investigate in the Panama papers and find out? o_O
What link? Please point to any evidence linking Philip Green and Kenwright Investments.
The evidence is strongly against it having anything to do with PG/BK and Everton.
Can point to some negative evidence.
Don't know if you bothered clicking the link , but Kenwright Investments Ltd was a BVI company, incorporated St Valentine's Day 1994, stopped trading or whatever activity it undertook on June 1995 and was struck off 31 Oct 1995. It had connection to ILS, a Corporate Service Provider in the Isle of Man (On Victoria Rd, just down from the Gaol at that time)
So in the absence of a time machine.........

Thanks mate, I did click on the link and reached the same conclusions as you have, but I was and am interested in how @bizzaro arrived at his claim.

My thought was was it to do with his attempted takeover in 94 which failed and that's why it went dormant before being struck off? That's just me putting 2+2 together mind.

My understanding is that the 1994 bid fell as it was not popular due to being full of Manchester based businessmen.
Don't think anyone has ever suggested a link to PG that time round TBH.
Other thing is, people who use offshore jurisdictions tend to be creatures of habit, use the same one's and PG through Lady Tina seems to prefer the Channel Islands.
The other thing to take into account, is that BK has staunchly held his shares (for his theatrical enterprises at least) in his own name.
Can't prove you're wrong, but I would be surprised if there were a link.
;)

Sorry, I wasn't meaning to insinuate a link to PG (I don't believe any of this PG secret owner conspiracy that some do), I was just meaning it could Bill himself when he was looking an buying us first time. But if he's always done it in his own name then I'd imagine you're right about this not being him.

No need to apologise mate, as I said you may be right but I can't see it.
BK seems to play with a straight bat, he has companies that are legally and beneficially owned by himself, declares a high salary, in fact everything he can possibly do to pay tax.
Bear in mind that the True Blue Holdings takeover was done through a UK company, so there is no reason to suppose that the original bid would have been done any differently, unless some members of the consortium were non-UK resident or non -UK domiciled for tax purposes.
May be wrong but that's my take on it.
:)
