What bit is amazing? Moshiri not having full control or us potentially getting a new chairman and board?

Any deal that takes majority power (bad decision making) away from Moshiri as well as control of the board make up including the chairman and CEO will definitely do for me. It is not far off as powerful as a full takeover. Hope the esk is right.
