He's really trying to sell Thelwell as having a ton of control on the football side.

Quoting myself, I know, but I've gotten further in now, and he's really all over the place. Now, he's saying this is how we do transfers:

1) DOF and manager both submit an actual paper form requesting a player
2) If they're agreed, it gets analyzed by the higher-ups and signed off on or not

Also, he just said he's never once proposed a player himself!
