It's an 'in principle' agreement for a large commercial transaction.

It's not legally binding but they're not signed on a whim. Serious conversations have clearly taken place and both parties will be satisfied with the overall outcome.

I'm not sure what to make of it to be honest. If it's a standard yank leveraged buyout we're one mis-step away from oblivion. If they're commited to use their own cash it's interesting.

Kenyon has tried leading buyouts of several clubs over the past 10/12 years and has failed every time.

Let's see how it plays out.

I'd much prefer a misogynistic, slave owning, servant beating,capital punishing, gulf state took the reigns of our once great club.
 
Happy with him getting the stadium and putting money into the club it has just been the way he has run the club has put no structure and the state of the club with ffp. If the club is with new owners we must learn from mistakes and build
