I am still at a total loss as to why he got so excited about Silva. A cursory look at his Wikipedia page not to mention his relegation with Hull and total nosedive with Watford suggested he probably wasn’t the best man to take us forward. Mix that in with the managerial appointments other clubs have made which suggests better candidates were available and we’ve clearly made the wrong choice (once again) and are left with a poor manager who we can’t really sack.

I just can’t bring myself to believe that Moshiri went purely on the media hype.

He owes an apology to the fans. The shambolic decision to make a scout the head of football and in charge of transfers, has completely gutted any hope fans had of winning a trophy in the short term. It is damage control now. Equally as bad was the decision to appoint Koeman a negative footballing manager. The appointment of Ferret Walsh and RonKoe stands as two of the worst decisions not only in Everton's history, but perhaps in world football.

Steve Walsh hit the disable button on our actual fab 4 and replaced it with endless amounts of dross which are near impossible to move on.

Apologise, admit his mistakes and promise never to intervene in footballing decisions again and he'll see that 48% disapproval rate improve.

Wrong use of the word there, a fraud is someone like a Michael Knighton who had promised United fans a £10m renovation of Old Trafford as part of a would be record £20m takeover but pulled out because he couldn't find replacement backers in time (one of which was touted as Owen Oyston, who is pretty much destroying Blackpool) after his original ones pulled out then nearly ruined Carlisle

Added a word in there which makes all the difference. Every club buys dross at some point but usually can move players on without too much loss if it doesn't work out.

The 20m+ fees paid for Bolasie, Schneiderlin, Klassen and also Tosun must be some of the worst pieces of business ever done by any football club, ever. Its no wonder that the purse strings have suddenly been tightened. It may take a long time to recover from that.
