We are trying, everyone can see we are giving it a go. Unfortunately there is no recipe to making the perfect football team. Hopefully we get there in the end but there are no guarantees in life, there are too many well run clubs nowadays to just to spring to the top.

Everything was broadly on the up and up before the derby. In the past we would have just lost the next few games. So that is a start. Just like towards the end of last season when things looked flipping hopeless, I'm sure they will upgrade a couple of positions and fingers crossed we will then be in a position to consistently produce match winning performances.

We were only behind 4 teams for the majority of the Premier League era, now we’re a million miles behind 6. There’s been no progress on that front since he’s bought into the club.

Yeah, we’ve spent money, but who doesn’t nowadays?

We’re still lagging behind on the stadium front, on commercial, on the pitch.

He hasn’t been some saviour.
