LONDON (Alliance News) - BP PLC on Friday said Non-Executive Directors Cynthia Carroll and Andrew Shilston will not go for re-election at the company's annual general meeting in May, but said Melody Meyer will look to stay on the board.

BP did not state why the two directors were leaving, but said Meyer would be appointed immediately if re-elected at the AGM in May 2017.
