Utd made a killing with their PR and the increased OT is a God send to them
City are stinking rich
Spurs have invested quite well regarding the bale money and have a very good manager, plus new stadium soon
RS have had vast investment and have some pretty good off field deals
Arse, new stadium, static manager, mucho CL
Chelsea are also stinking rich

So whilst its not going to be easy or quickly, we do have avenues of revenue we can tap into, plus a new stadium would be utterly superb.
