I honestly believe money was available to spend in the summer however the players we wanted either were not keen or their clubs didn't want to sell.
January will be the big test to see if we bring people in that can add to the team. If we are still around the top 8 I can see us getting one or two in that will help us.
However January is always a difficult window to buy in so it won't be easy.
