Merc short fueled expecting a SC which didn't come.. shame for Hamilton but I don't think he's going to be too disappointed

Switched off when they bumped Sergio. ?
It's not going to do their karma any good. Some old guy in a cave in Sonora is casting a spell on Horner that may only result in nothing more than a epic case of the piles, but Checo will be avenged for that. Mercs looking better makes the race more interesting. George managed to raise the Dutchman's temperature for a few laps. Buzzard luck for the boys from Marinello.

These cars are too big to run in Monaco. Look out walls...

Monaco is going to be even worse than normal next week with these cars isnt it?!
I’d say yes but I don’t know how it could get any worse haha. Qualifying sometimes interesting with a crash but the race is going to be an absolute snoozefest. Need rain like always for it to become marginally exciting.

I don't like to say it, but Hamilton is looking like someone who is unable to adjust to the new F1 and whose time may fast approaching.

Think he is better than results show, today he didn't get his last lap in so on paper Russell outqualified him. Russell having the time of his life so far doesn't do Hamilton any favours either. Luck will swing some time this season

It's not like he is doing that badly compared to his potential superstar team mate! But time waits for no man and for years Hamilton hasn't had the qualifying pace he once had, he was always going to start declining sharply around this age.

He was miles quicker than Russell in the race last week and has had better race pace than him for most of the season bar Imola. You don’t become crap over one winter break after driving arguably your greatest ever season lol.

He has always been average at Monaco and has struggled for pace there numerous times, it’s arguably his weakest track.

His quali pace isn’t what it used to be but that’s been the case for 2-3 years at least. By his own admission he was never a great qualifier either despite holding the most poles, his race pace has always been his greatest strength
