The inconsistency of F1 is what frustrates me; it’s not always going to be a spectacle, but more often than not it’s airing toward being boring.

At this rate Perez ain't getting second, which will make Max's refusal in the last race all the worse. If it's getting to two laps left and Leclerc is still a second or two up on Checo, do they get Max to drop off massively and try to hold him up?

Max could have won that by 30 seconds if he had pushed. The other teams have a lot of work to do before the start of 2023.

The R&D limit and fine for RB will hopefully help level the field.
