His antics with Rosberg were, and he had plausible deniability with the Railkonen thing. However he was going to crash either way, and chose to steer away from the no mark and into his main rival just by coincidence. Hamilton has always been an aggressive driver, but rarely gets called for it.

That incident with Rosberg wasn't dirty though, what he did was perfectly legit... nothing dangerous about it at all. Championship was on the line and he did everything he could do to win it within the rules of the sport. Rosberg has said he had no problem Hamilton doing it and that he would have done the same.

He was being diplomatic after the fact. During the race the team and Rosberg were furious.

It can just be done during a pit stop so it's no big deal imo, he's should still make a lot of points up on Verstappen.
