If he's got a reasonable time advantage on the last two or three laps, he should edge off and make sure there's no mistakes - keep the back end tidy.Unless Hamilton's pace drops off fairly significantly within the next couple of laps then he should have this in the bag.
Experience and talent too. As someone mentioned earlier, he's the master of nurturing cars to the end with tyres that are starting to wane.Hamilton's raw pace has seen him through here.
