Casuals at this stage for the first time in 38 years. Have got through to this stage winning replays in the previous two rounds. I saw them a few times last season and always keep an eye on their results. A big ask v St. Albans who are a League above.

My first game this season was the FA Cup, extra-preliminary round Macclesfield v Burscough , hopefully the draw on Sunday will throw up a game to go to in the first round. I like the cup.

Mixed fortunes for the two local clubs, Marine 5 mins away from the first round, leading Wrexham 1-0 while Southport are 3-2 down at home to Altrincham with 6 to play
