Exploiting The Transfer Window - A Hypothetical Situation

Ok, just a bit of fun, something that came to mind...Imagine the hypothetical scenario -

Some time in January one year
Everton vs RS (EPL game)
RS battling for top spot with City
City send Aguero to Everton on loan
Aguero plays, scores, Everton win
City recall Aguero

Is there anything technically illegal about that?

Not playing against parent club
"Loan" happens in transfer window
Not playing for more than 2 clubs in same season
Not playing in a cup competition

Thoughts?
I'm guessing thar in your scenario, oumar is injured? Otherwise, why do we need aguero?

thats nice.webp

Aguero would do his cruciate in in the third minute, the RS would smash us 6-0 and City would lose their star man for the next 22 months - Everton that!
