You left out the great youngsters we have that's shown they can stand the pace in PL and are knocking on the door to get a permanent slot in the first 11.. Vaughan & Anichebe.

I actually meant to put that before I started typing, but completely forgot! will edit it now.

it is not wether land is available or not

it is about wether it would be financially viable

if a.n.other site came up and we were offered the same deal (costing us about a £10m debt) we would all be interested

but there hasnt been a.n.other to offer these terms. FACT

we could go on forever, we moan the loss of the kings dock, dont let us moan about the deal we lost

someday this ballon supporting the premier league WILL burst. when it does, i would rather be in a new stadium with £10m debt (regardless of were it is) than a prestige city centre ground with £150m debt

Just you guys wait, when in 3 years the 'savior' investors all pull out and 12 Premiership teams are left with debts spiralling out of control, Moyes, BK and KW will all be sitting there smugly, ready to take advantage of others misfortune. Then Moyes hand picks his team, all the best players in the League outside of Man U (as they are there by success, not bought) will be snapped up for bargains to get other clubs wage bill down to manageable sizes.

Remember, you read it here first (y)

I stand by this still :)

I stand by this still :)

And I still agree with you bud. The walls of purchased success will come tumbling down, and it will all start when these teams fail to qualify for the CL for one season. Paybacks a bitch.

Top quality, young first team players in the likes of Johnson, Arteta, Cahill, Lescott, Howard, Yobo...

Few new signings with more expected. Jagielka will fit in fine, no risk at all. Pienaar the next Arteta?

Exciting prospects in the form of Vaughan, Anichebe, Kissock, Rodwell, Agard etc

One of the best managers in the league.

Potential new ground. (some obviously don't approve, but were not Bolton/Boro/City and stuck in a poor ground)

UEFA Cup beckoning...

Yet, we still all moan!

Oh Danny.

Still stand by this? Been over 3 years like.

Let's be honest lad, the bubble HAS to burst eventually... spiraling wage bills and transfer fees cannot continue forever.

That is true, just think it's going to be a while yet. No one could forsee city getting megabucks. I reckon we'll see a few more like city before it bursts.
