I think Martinez should definitely be invited...even though it went sour he had a genuine love and affection for the club,he's a good human to boot.

You’re right Not sure how they’ll work it , I know they’re all meeting at a hotel in town for a reception then getting shuttled down . At least a couple of them bringing guests as well .

Inviting former managers could be awkward - would you invite Allardyce, Lampard, Silva, Benitez? Royle is obviously different as he's a former player and now retired.
