Every Everton manager's greatest game

Inspired by the 'Everton managers seen live' thread I got to thinking about the greatest games for each Everton manager during my 'Everton supporting' lifetime.
This includes only full time managers (no caretakers) and each manager (in other words Howard Kendall) only once. The games don't necessarily have to be the most important (cup final wins) or the most famous (Bayern Munich) but the games that gave you the most pleasure, if they are cup finals and Bayern Munich then fair enough! One final condition (as it's my thread and I get to make up the rules) is that no games against the RS are allowed, it would just make it all to boringly predictable.
Here are my shouts with a few reasons why;

Billy Bingham - the opening day win away to QPR c1976. They had just finished 2nd in the league and, not only did we wallop them 4-0 but it was one of the games on MOTD (in the days when only two games were shown) and featured a newly clean shaven Bob Latchford scoring a few.

Gordon Lee - a 2-1 away win at Middlesbrough when Ross Jack scored his only goal for us and they battered us for 90 minutes. I was at the game in the Holgate end (Boro's Gladwys St) as George Wood played a blinder and virtually won the game on his own.

Howard Kendall - a choice of two both, strangely enough, against the same side. There's the 84 cup semi against Southampton and the away win the following season. With Tottenham losing to Aston Villa the same day that was the moment when I started to believe that we were gonna win the league. If pushed i'd go for the semi win. Getting to a final after the disappointments of 77 and 80 (and even 71 although I was too young to remember any of the games in details, hence Harry Catterick doesn't feature in this) was special.

Colin Harvey - controversial, I know, but Colin basically took a league winning side and let it slide into mediocrity. Possibly too nice a bloke to be a manger but my memory of his time in charge is one long disappointment. Consequently none of he's games spring to mind and I can't be bothered to trawl the Everton stats page to try and force one.

Mike Walker - did he even win any games? I suppose it would have to be the survival game against Wimbledon for all the obvious reasons.

Joe Royle - the cup semi final win against Tottenham. The Beeb plainly wanted Tottenham to win and we battered them. Even when they got a dubious penalty to give them hope we went straight up the other end and scored again.

Walter Smith - boring, can't be bothered!

David Moyes - the night game against Man 'utd when we won 1-0 and 'Big Dunc' scored with a diving header. Sometimes the memory cheats but I think that was a big step towards finishing forth and above the RS (I had to get them in here somewhere). Just a great atmosphere, in the rain (I think) which is always good and with a bit of snide - they had two sent off.

Roberto Martinez - The 3-0 home victory against Arsenal when we played them off the pitch. I know we won away at Man Utd the same season but so did every one else (even Newcastle) which kinda takes the shine off it a bit.

Ronald Koeman - the 4-0 win against Man City. Again, we played them off the park and it was great to see Davies and Lookman get their debut goals.

Are you ever happylol Agree though its a results game and we lost!
first game with 2 days preparation I never expected miracles!

Just to be certain, an away win would be Unsworth's best win to date, I think we can agree.

But how many days are we saying he has had to prepare this time?

Not Monday, as he didn't have the job
Tuesday ok
Wednesday no travelling to the game
Thursday recovery
Friday ok training
Saturday ok

Can we expect a result after just three days of prep ? Seems a bit unfair
