Matt, I even went as far to have them email my password again... even though i had logged in seconds before on the main site.

It just bumps me to a subscription page even though I have an email from the club from last month thanking me for my year subscription I took out.

This is, once again, firmly a problem at their end!

I don't like the unnecessarily criticise the club but until the upgrade I've hardly had no problem. I run EvertonTV on my main computer (where I use IE) and my laptop which will only accept ETV being run on chrome. I have not received a reminder of my sub being up, and nor should it for another few months. I have emailed them a reminder which has still not come back to me.

I've got to their technical page and will be writing to them tomorrow.

I accept that my issues are those of a few people on ETV, nonetheless, it really is annoying because I've been happy with it, even with its faults. I'll take up some of Matt's suggestions regarding silverlight,which I'm sure I've installed.

Anyway, this is better than having a subscription which I couldn't use for a year because they couldn't provide a solution workable solution.

I've had the same problems as you guys. It wouldn't let me log on. I asked for a password reminder and they'd reset it. I can't see an option in the profile to change my password to something more memorable and the site isn't offering to keep me logged on, which is inconvenient.

Once I'd entered the new password it took me to the payment page. I clicked on the home tab and it worked fine.

It looks like we've lost the radio commentary on matches.

One positive is that the videos now work for me, whereas they didn't do previously.

ha, ha, ha, :P:P:Pyou got me. No, I don't like to criticise Everton unless its really due. Too many people are too quick to mouth off. Nonetheless, when there is some upgrade I always dread what might happen as invariably I'm caught in the middle.

With the last online store upgrade they re-set my password, denied that they had done it and in the process I lost an item (no money taken) which was the last one they ever produced (a really tasty everton watch).

I'm happy to put it down to teething problems, but don't expect me to not say anything, which is why I started this thread so that others can learn from Tech Gods (y)such as you.
 
Just logged in to check that it was working for me.
All good here, apart from I forgot that my main site email and password were different from the evertontv one.
Confused me for a minute, but I have to say they are making steps in the right direction with it.
I might even renew!! :)
 
Solved, my god solved. I actually got an email the same day!!! Normally tech support responses are much longer. Turns out that passwords are case sensitive in case there is an issue related to logging in for those who do have an issue. Hope that helps. The interviews work on internet explorer (at last, though I will still be using another browser) and apart from the pre match conference, all seems to be working OK. Look pretty slick as well.
 
Sounds like you've got something really weird going on there.

It works using COOKIES for the website to remember your visit. Is your browser set to accept them ?

Once again Matt I got an email from the club saying it was a fault at their end. They fixed it and all works fine now.
 

In the viewing options there is an option to change the quality of the video being streamed.....make sure you have it set to the highest setting.
 
My video has become very blocky now.

ung ung ung.

I'm tempted to sack off Everton TV. It's been one long headache from way back in 2005 and the credits system they used.

Damn! 5 years of that awful site.
 
I can't watch video clips on mine. Won't let me log in using my original e-mail address , which is the one I subscribed with. I have to log in with my current e-mail , then i get the subscription page. Load of boolocks. been subscribing for three years , too
