I thought that I would post an ongoing thread of roses and brickbats related to EvertonTV.

It might help others with similar problems, especially with the "upgrade" and other issues which are sure to come along.

My current issue is that although I'm an existing subscriber, I can't actually log in. The password reminder hasn't sent me, well, a reminder, and I can see what the support email address is.

A piece of advice to anyone having problems with connecting to EvertonTV from Internet Explorer. The best browser that has worked for me is Google Chrome. Effortless, like they were born together. Not used it on the new EvertonTV yet.

Hope the club look in from time to time to update their rather poor FAQ section.

I don't think it's their fault you forgot your login details is it?

You lids make sure you download MICROSOFT SILVERLIGHT before running it. And make sure your browser versions are up to date

Just watching rerun of Everton v Man Utd.

The image quality improvement is DRAMATIC.

You can see faces in the crowd now on EvertonTV2.0 whereas the original was just blur.


Well impressed.

Just need to increase the backcatalogue of matches like the whole season and previous one that was available before.

I've just sent a complaint.

I'm looking forward to another email from the club saying 'a small amout of subscribers had a problem which has now been fixed' and no doubt offer me another free months subscription.

Seems to come up in a popup - check if they're being blocked

Sounds like theres been a typo somewhere... possibly when you entered your subscription form or something

Unlikely you'll get it activated until tomorrow now though.

Sounds like you've got something really weird going on there.

It works using COOKIES for the website to remember your visit. Is your browser set to accept them ?

:huh: I've just watched three matches and unlike the old version you can see faces in the crowd now!
