First time I've heard anyone mention any sanctions.

Realistically, expulsions will only happen as a last resort if these clubs actually push ahead. I don't expect the ESL to happen in this form, so i don't expect expulsions, it will be other punishments. That's just the way it is.

If they don't, massive point deductions/relegation is the only viable sanction for what they've already done.
