Thats your stuff mate, not mine. Wanna jump up on the soap box of you go!

Strange response mate. I'm merely pointing out that you're trying to do two things at once here: defend the current board by saying they do all they can to help the manager, and state that they'd be mad to actually invest in the squad with their own money...even Billy Boys Pen.

Why are you telling me what my opnons are, i honestly dont know what your on about, a) i didnt say Bill would open a vein for Everton, b )i didnt say investment was bad c) where in this thread are am i defending the board d) anyone is mad to put their own weatlh in the football club IMO.

Youve gone wildly of the topic here mate in what was turning into a good thread, that agenda needs pushing though, people are on the ropes this month.

The topic is Everton's shocking finances - how have I 'gone wildly off topic' by highlighting you saying Bill and the other chuckleheads would be stupid to invest in the team? I'd say it's bang on topic.

Ha ha, thanks for agreeing that you fabracated the rest, well Bill would be mad, the rest of the clunk heads prob would be to IMO, but are better placed. What do you want me to tell you, i think anyone who invests their own money/wealth into any football club is stupid.

How can I have fabricated that you defend the board? You always do.

*speechless*

Anyway, back to the issue.

We're going into administration.

Pathetic dramatisation without any facts and currently we have to many assets to our name before administration even becomes a possibility

ive always trusted the board but in the last couple of years its become apparent that we appear to me to be bearly surviving and forcsed in to a selling mentality which in not the way to progress

I'm probably one of the few on this thread that has actually invested in a football club. It's widely regarded as a terrible move if you want to make your money back. Since the point of an investment is to do just that it would seem we aren't really that attractive.

If we're going to borrow against next year's sky money, we sure as hell better hope not to get relegated in the next couple of seasons, we're not that far from the bottom 3 as it is...

Message to the Board Members that have the means to stop this.

Get your hands in your pockets, or your arses out the door !!

quite simple really, if you wish to be custodians of the club then you have to do what is expected of you, otherwise hand over the reigns to those that have the means to do so, if you don't make a profit on your initial investment then tough, cos the way it's going your investment won't be worth a carrot.

I would agree that our finances are dire, but the limited nature (Pienaar wouldnt sign, Yak and Vaughan probably left because Moyes has given up on them) of the sales during the transfer window (unless three or four players go between now and the close) kind of suggests that administration isnt immediately around the corner. The worrying sign would be if someone like Fellaini or Rodwell goes.

As for the change in credit rating, dont forget that the general changes in finance over the past few years will have done that to a lot of firms who have seen credit sources dry up, irrespective of anything that they themselves have done.

Another text off a mate tonight saying we'll be in administration on Monday. And that's with sales of Nev, Rodwell and Bily.
Nice of him to text me that.
