Ha love it when two of the " big teams" are on the tv and I'm wandering around the house with my iPad following a blog of the U23s, great stuff! This is great experience for the youngsters , seeing who will step up when the pressure is on. Seems that Pennington had a good game, and Dowell got booked ! I'll read with interests Unsy's comments that "they all were superb tonight, great bunch of lads, fought every inch of the way " .... and look to see who gets an individual mention. And having said that well done to all 14 of them , great results tonight , a five point swing in our favour from one time.

Spurs beat Reading 4-0 so it looks like they're safe from relegation, though not certain yet, but will hopefully mean they're not coming here desperately fighting for points. Derby are in the relegation mix should give City a fight in that match , much as they did tonight .

i don't think relegation means a massive amount at underage stages, seeing as you'd be too old the next year. U23's is an exception to be fair
