I dipped in and out of the tweets, dent see them all but it seemed that every time we did something Dowell's name was there.

He only played a few games, doesn't seem to have made much of an impact tbh.

hope hes involved against southampton, maybe rest a few with 2 big games next week. doubt it though cos its martinez in charge

Roberto was there, so hopefully he may be thinking about introducing one or two into the first team between now and the end.

My reckoning is that it was an opportunistic loan for Connolly caused when their young right back James Breem was injured. Done at short notice , as opposed to these things usually being planned in advance , hence he played mostly ar right back, and now that Breem has returned Connolly came back too. So that's left back , right back , centre back and mid field he's played this season, and is that six goals he's scored for the u 21s now? I'm a big big fan, just very hard to figure out at 18'what level he will play at, and I doubt if we even knows where to play him let alone play him at a higher level.

I'd love to see Dowell get a few games now the league season is basically over, it would give me a reason to look forward to the games again.
