Moyes has spoken numerous times on how few players are actually PL quality, that the step up is enormous. Fair enough, but then if Barry was from our Academy, there's no way he'd be getting a game for the first team.

I'd definitely be given Graham some minutes off the bench, even if he's going to be loaned out next season. Imagine if a Michael Owen was in our Academy. At 17 he was the top scorer in the league - we'd have him playing in the Youth Cup then sent out to Preston North End. And Owen had Robbie Fowler ahead of him in the pecking order, not Beto and Barry.

Rooney never went out on loan & looking at this lad ok a bit early yet I agree - but he should get straight in our team next season - Shamus Coleman set this deal up other big clubs were after him - Arsenal, United etc ...
If fans think Barry & beto are the answer - this lad is already better than them .....

Wayne rooney never went out on loan - a talented lad like that should not either....

Twice in about 7 opportunities. One of which was when we had 12 fit players. There's nothing to indicate that Moyes will give him his debut, especially now George, Dibling, Ndiaye, McNeil are all ahead of him. It will be a surprise if he even makes a squad again this year

Why sign Dibling when we have a talent like him waiting ? send Dibling to play in the under 21s to see how he does..... & Barry for that matter...

Rooney was very special, he didn't need a loan. How many Everton youngsters went straight from the academy without a loan and actually did anything decent?
