By all acounts Baines is a clever lad, but, like Lampard that doesn't exactly mean that he'll be a great manager.

From what I've seen/read, Bainse's lads have got progressively better the longer the season went on so hopefully that trend sticks.

I also wonder what it feels like for the likes of Baines who were so blessed; how easy is it to teach something which comes so naturally to them.
