One thing that frustrates me is that new managers always come with a shed load of new coaches too. The first few weeks the players all get to know the new requirements and generally the experienced ones pick it up and try to implement them. But after the initial surge they show that they are not very good. Mills, Price and I’d include Simms , are our current key inexperienced youngsters who need extra work from Dyche’s coaches to help them step up and play his style. Along with Garner they’re the only ones likely to improve a lot this season.
