Everton Youth Teams Thread

I think we're probably just disagreeing on the word imminent. He may well go out on loan this summer but he isn't imminently leaving like Branthwaite who isn't training with the first team or the 21s (most likely he's training with PSV). The key takeaway for me is that Onyango has slipped down the pecking order behind Price and Warrington.

Edit: Of course if Onyango leaves on loan in the next day or so, my opinion will change

Onyango has entered the last year of his contract so if the club rates him I doubt they will let him go out on loan without trying him down to a new contract. So maybe that's what is being sorted out before he goes on loan

Everton "u23s" or whatever they are called today lead 1-0 just before HT via Kyle John

…Stones, Gundogan & Foden have missed City’s US Tour because they don’t meet entry rules. Can only assume they haven’t been vaccinated.
Guess that means Onyango was in that particular boat as well then. Thought at first it was because we were planning to loan him out.

A touch of class from Whitaker to set up the first goal,, and a cool finish from Apter for the third , odd that we couldn’t find shirts with numbers for him and Ebere . It will be good to see more of Apter this season, he looked very tidy on the ball last season in the bits I saw of him , but he was very much under the radar compared to the other schoolboys ISS/ Lawrence/ Sherif .

Is Apter an under 17?
